The following conditions apply:

Shipping conditions

The delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, France, Netherlands, Denmark, Luxembourg, Sweden.

Shipping costs (including legal value added tax)

Deliveries within Germany:

We do not charge shipping costs.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs abroad as a lump sum as follows:

all countries 14,90 € 

Delivery times

As far as no other time limit is indicated in the article description, the delivery of the goods in Germany will take place within 1 - 3 days, in case of foreign deliveries within 3 - 5 days after order confirmation (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment order).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one joint shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by e-mail about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case no shipping costs will be charged.

For deliveries within Germany you have the following payment options:

- Prepayment by bank transfer
- Payment by cash on delivery
- Payment by PayPal
- Payment by immediate transfer

For deliveries abroad you have the following payment options:

- Prepayment by bank transfer
- Payment by PayPal
- Payment by immediate transfer

Further details on payment

We reserve the right in individual cases to carry out the delivery only against advance payment by bank transfer.
